In order to ensure the acquisition and maintenance of technical and general skills for all the staff of the Company, training and information campaigns are provided throughout the year.
- To define the required skills for staff working on product quality.
- To plan major training programs (by External trainers) or other similar actions to meet the needs.
- To evaluate efficiency and mastery level of pre-defined actions.
- To ensure staff have assimilated the importance and relevance of their activities to achieve Quality Assurance objectives.
- To master records archiving related to initial training, professional know-how and experience.
Each year, a training plan is determined based on the PMQ-B1 procedure, which defines:
- identification of needs and training plan,
- training sessions
- training records
The plan details:
- Dates
- Duration
- Training organization
- Training definition
- Department or persons concerned
The Accounting / Social department keeps records related to training.
